The www production wrapper now commits and verifies the guarded Learnitive-only Apache vhost cutover itself immediately after core application/runtime acceptance. Root run.sh still performs the read-only Apache/TLS preflight first and must provide the exact v4 launcher contract, but public availability no longer depends on root run.sh resuming after the child installer. The legacy sites-available files are deliberately preserved for rollback; their enabled symlinks are replaced by the canonical www/apex/edu Learnitive sites.
